Operations and Maintenance

Nibinamik offers a number of different departments within the Operations and Maintenance industry. These departments are led by the Head of O&M, Matt Sofea, and include: 

  • Local Hockey Arena
  • Water Treatment Plant 
  • Power Plant
  • Fuel Centre/Diesel Plant
  • Airport

Water Treatment Plant:

Recently received a new generator for the Water Treatment Plant. An extension will be constructed on the current building as well.

Power Plant:

Will be receiving 2 new generators to replace the earlier generating units, along with a new switchboard to modernize the Power Plant.
